This blog that is for our class to practice writing skills. I don't want us to be overly concerned with spelling, as this will sometimes inhibit our ability to write freely. I want you to be able to write what's on your mind and find the joy in writing for others to read. This is a place for you to share your ideas. I think we will have fun reading about each other, and expressing ourselves. This is new to most of us, so let's experiment and have fun!

think I like it.
This is how I feel about America.I feel happy and sad to be an American because I wonder how can kids have anger against Barack Obama.I'm also happy because we've got freedom.Another reason that gets me happy is that there are people that will give there only live for this great place AMERICA
ReplyDeleteI like living in America because we have more rights then other country's.I am proud to be free and live in a free country.America is a good country and we are able to a lot of different things then most people around the world .I am also glad to have a nice place to live.I am glad to live in America.I feel really good about being an American because we have food and water so that we can stay a live.I feel really glad that there are people out in the army fighting for are freedom.And thats how i feel about being an American.

ReplyDeleteI like America because it is a free country and I like it here in this country. We all can go to a school and there doesn't have to be a school were blacks have to go to a blacks school and whites have to go to a white kids school and girls can go to school instead of having to go and do laundry or other stuff while the boys get to go to school.Also if were 18 or older we can vote and we can vote for the rules that we want. That we don't have to be slaves for any one and we have the constitution to not do bad things to others. And that we have what we need like food and water and milk were some other countries in the world barly even have that were we also have tv computers Wii, Gameboy, Nintendo DS and lots of stuff that other people don't even have that stuff to play with or any thing to use at all. That you can also have what ever you want to have (if your parents let you get what you wanted enless its something you shouldn't have!!!) I'd say that we want to many things that other people want but don't have there or they can't have. I think in America it is pretty aswome what we have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like being an American because solders fight for our country.We have great government and a good presedent . I think that we should be greatfull for all that they have done for us.We should be thankful for every thing.
ReplyDeleteI love being an American. I am so thankful that I get to vote for the people I want in charge when I am old enough to. I am thankful that we have troops fighting in Afghanistan. Even though I don't remember September 11 I think it was probably horrible. I think it would be very hard to give up your life for the country you live in, but I am very thankful for the people who do. I am glad that I get to go to school even though I am a girl. Staying home all the time would suck. I am thankful for all the wars the people went through to make it so that everybody is seen equal. I think that the Constitution is a good thing. I love being an American!!!!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteThis is how I feel about being an American. I feel lucky I'm an American. I think being an American is a privilege I am so lucky to live in America and have troops fighting for me like in afghanistan
ReplyDeleteI feel good that I'm an American because I know I'm free and I know there are troops fighting to keep us free from slavery.I think everybody should be proud to be an American and should respect that.
